1. Refund Policy:

1. 2 Individual Pre-Paid Sessions:

Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice: The full lesson fee will be charged with no refunds. This is to cover the preparation and availability of the instructor, as the lesson time could have been re-allocated to another student.
Refunds for individual pre-paid lessons (excluding 4-lesson packages): Lesson can be refunded if a reschedule is not possible. Refunds will be issued by BlueNote Vocals within 48 hours of cancellation.
If BlueNote Vocals needs to cancel a lesson, a reschedule or full refund will be offered if the client can't reschedule.

1. 3 4x Lesson Package:

Refunds for 4x lesson packages: A full refund will be issued if no lessons from the 4x Lesson Package have commenced and cancellation is requested with at least 24 hours' notice. Once the first lesson has been conducted, refunds for the remaining sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If 2x Lessons from the 4x Lesson Packages have been completed no refunds will eligible, however rescheduled times will be offered if the student cannot make the consecutive weeks. This will be on a mutually agreed upon time and date.
If BlueNote Vocals needs to cancel a lesson, a reschedule or full refund will be offered if the client can't reschedule.
Clients must follow the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and use their four pre-paid discounted sessions with consecutive weekly lessons from the first session. Any unused sessions after the 60-day period will expire and cannot be used.

* Refunds under Australian Consumer Law must be provided if the service is not as described, not of acceptable quality, or not provided within a reasonable time frame.

2. Cancellations & Reschedules

2.1 Cancellations: Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email at least 24hrs prior to the lesson commencement. Text messages and phone calls are not accepted during teaching hours as phones are not checked during teaching hours.

2.2 Last Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Unfortunately, lessons that are missed or cancelled with less than 24-hrs notice are forfeited lessons and will incur the standard lesson fee.

2.3 Reschedules and Make Up lessons: Lessons that are cancelled or rescheduled ahead of time will be made up at a mutually agreed upon time or date, or a credit given towards a future lesson.
